Good service

Well I didn’t have to show up in court the price was reasonable and the matter was token care of like I was told it was so I was very pleased with the service I received n plan on using them again on my next project I have coming up

OK for a Lawyer, FANTASTIC for the price

I was very nervous when learning about this law firm, primarily because I am a worry wart and constantly afraid of getting swindled. I was very relieved to find that they were great and I was reassured with all of the information Amanda's law firm provided. Pros: I didn't have to go to cour...t. I paid for the divorce and got it! I didn't have to worry about messing anything up by doing it myself. It was painless, easy, etc. They have a rush fee, which does really work. The price is fantastic! Cons: The office staff is hit or miss. That is, some will respond, some won't. I never spoke to Amanda personally. In fact, the office staff informed me most people don't and that they handle the communication. That being said, I imagine Amanda herself is rather busy handling a large amount of case loads. Overall, I say it is worth the price and lack of worry to use Attn. Houser. Got my decree in the mail today and am super happy about it.

Not sure yet

Not sure how this will handle yet. Went through the process of the complaint divorce form so I'm ready to go just need to pay for my divorce. The service seems ok. A few times someone at that law firm got really rude to me because I ask alot of questions and don't understand. This is my first divorc...e. I feel like they should email me back more often with more specific answers and I went a month a one time emailing them and getting no response until yesterday finally. not meaning I emailed them for a whole month. I don't know if I ever spoke to Amanda so can't say. I'm sure she does her job the best she can. I'm iffy about paying for the divorce and lose my money or not get my divorce. I have trust issues because companies etc took my money before and I never heard back from them or never got what I paid for. Dealt with alot of scammers. I want to go through houser law firm for my divorce and stop being nervous about not getting divorced or something coming up or get jipped I guess u can say lol. I'm giving it a 3 star because I don't know yet how this will turn out but I hear good things and Lawyers are busy. So Amanda may be just right may be giving a 5 star soon.

Would not recommend

Hired for child custody/ paternity issues. Issues were not resolved, and she did not refund any of the 7K flat fee I paid her, or any of the additional fees I paid her for the “piece work” she did before I retained her. She has the term “non refundable” in her contract for legal services which is mi...sleading. If you don’t agree with her “legal strategies” expect her to withdrawal from your case and not refund any of the money you paid her. Also very rude. If you look at previous reviews on google, anyone that left her a negative review she had to clap back, which IMO is very unprofessional.

My policy is to be nice until it is time to not be nice - and frankly, this is as it should be. If I was rude to you - then you deserved it. I told you what needed to be done and you refused to do it. I told you what would happen if you continued to refuse and you opted to continue to refuse. So now bad things are happening to you. You did this to yourself because I gave you more warning than you deserved.

Very unhappy

I retained The Houser Law Firm to complete my divorce. My experience with the Houser Law Firm has been as bad as it can be. I asked for a refund of services not yet provided because I was deeply dissatisfied with the rude manner I was being treated. This refund policy is plainly stated on their websi...te. I was denied my refund. Ms. Houser called me and accused me of lying about the way her staff had treated me. I still have not gotten my refund or my divorce. I am deeply unhappy with the poor service and treatment I received. I would never recommend her services to anyone.

You are a liar - you accused us of fraud and stealing from you on a Google review - accusations which you knew and have since admitted were untrue. A review which you promptly edited after we informed you we'd lake legal action. You are also an outright liar here as well. You know full well why you have not received a refund - yet you try and make it seem like its our fault and not yours. You were told we can not yet give you a refund because you informed us you have made fraud complaints to your bank / financial institution and we now can not refund your money until that is resolved. Your have caused all these problems yourself because you are simply one of those trifling, awful people in the world that businesses have to deal with once in a while. So basically, you deserve to be unhappy and your review ignored..
