Review of Jeff Marshall and Rosa Hernandez (Relocation Case)

Rosa has an incredible ability to quickly establish rapport and comfort with her clients. I am so grateful to have had access to her at what, to me, was the most heartbreaking point in all of the turmoil during my incredibly painful year-long separation. I will forever remain grateful for the confide...nce that Jeff gave me during my initial consultation to act on my true belief as to what was in my son's and my best interests. The results Jeff was able to secure for me during my temporary custody hearing (split custody wherein I got to exercise my custody in my home state (not NC)) -- held on an emergency basis and consequently with an incredibly limited time to prepare -- were able to secure for me during the temporary hearing gave me my life back.

Beyond impressed.

Mr. Marshall is effective, efficient, and empathetic in rising to the unique challenges of family law matters. Always quick witted, with extensive knowledge, Mr. Marshall is an asset to anyone who is faced with a divorce or child custody issue. Review for Jeff Marshall

Marshall and Taylor represented me in the divorce process. They provided expert counsel and guidance during this long and challenging time. They bring a significant knowledge base and years of experience to every situation. The advice I received from them on legal and practical matters was helpful... and beneficial. They were precise in their preparation and diligent in seeking to bring the matter to a successful conclusion. I always felt that they had my best interest at heart. Exceeded Expectations

Mr. Marshall has proven through his work and court results that he is one of the best Family and Divorce lawyers in the area. Custody hearing

Marshall and Taylor has represented me for the last several years. I have had several child custody hearings and each time the attorneys and staff at Marshall and Taylor have been exceptional in their representation and professionalism. They have made a difficult and sometimes confusing process seem... less complicated and have always been supportive and available. I would highly recommend Marshall and Taylor to anyone who desires a Family law attorney
