Robert L. Armstrong

Robert has represented us on several cases. He showed so much empathy with us and our suffering but was a true blue fighter against the other person. I was at a hotel in NC saying goodbye to my son going to Iraq, leaving for a year of active duty with the Military. I was sitting by the pool, and a metal fence fell on me. I ended up with two shoulder surgeries, and much pain for over three years. Due to the laws in NC, I needed to find a NC lawy...er to represent me in this case. I live in WI!! I went online, and searched several sites. I found Bob Armstrong as one of the choices. During the first conversation, I knew he was the lawyer for me. He was interested in me as a person, not just the case. We talked, and I knew, by the questions he asked me, he was seeing what kind of person the condition had!! He prepared me to go to trial, but we were able to settle in arbitration. I feel because of his great care in presenting the case to the arbitrator and the other lawyer, we were able to settle. I feel Bob really did his homework by getting a fence expert examine the aforementioned fence and having me see another surgeon for a second opinion on my shoulder. He also found animations for the surgires I had on my shoulder, which depicted in very easy to understand graphics - the surgeries I had done on my shoulder. I knew he cared about me as a person, not just what he could win in this case, and I so appreciated that.

From the moment I met Robert I sensed that he would be the a lawyer I could trust. He made it a point to get to know me as a person, and answered any and all questions I had for him. He never made me feel like I was asking stupid questions, or that I was bothering him when I called or emailed him. He... made time for me whenever I was in town (I live in Raleigh) even if I didn't have a pre-arranged appointment. My family also felt comfortable and respected. He and his staff were professional and kept me in the loop as he negotiated through the settlement process with the insurance companies. Throughout the process of my injury recovery Robert kept up with my progress and encouraged me not to give up when I was struggling. His communication was always encouraging and positive, honest and personal. Most of my contact was with Robert directly, so I knew I was getting the personal attention I needed. Robert explained the legal process clearly so I always felt involved in my case. By the time my case was resolved a year later I felt like I had a new friend who just happened to be a REALLY good lawyer! I highly recommend Robert Armstrong!

Robert Armstrong is not only a great attorney but he has become a good friend. Bob represented my wife almost ten years ago in a personal injury case and he did such a fantastic job that we never forgot him.
