My client was a young woman who was a passenger on a motorcycle. The truck driver was transporting ice chests on a flat bed trailer. One of the ice chests was not properly secured and it came of the tr ... ailer onto the highway directly in front of the motorcycle. The motorcycle operator had no choice but to avoid the ice chest and laid the bike down resulting in a hip injury to the young passenger. We obtained an outcome that was justice in her case.
