We were both seriously injured in an automobile accident in North Carolina on our way home to New York. I was at a hotel in NC saying goodbye to my son going to Iraq, leaving for a year of active duty with the Military. I was sitting by the pool, and a metal fence fell on me. I ended up with two shoulder surgeries, and much pain for over three years. Due to the laws in NC, I needed to find a NC lawy...er to represent me in this case. I live in WI!! He also found animations for the surgires I had on my shoulder, which depicted in very easy to understand graphics - the surgeries I had done on my shoulder. I knew he cared about me as a person, not just what he could win in this case, and I so appreciated that.
