Sensational Attorney and Advisor

When I first met with Linda through a phone consultation 15 years ago, I knew I found the right attorney needed to resolve my custody and visitation issues. She has been by my side ever since, always willing to assist in navigating changing circumstances, and educate me about my parental rights. Not ...only was Linda thorough in every aspect of understanding my specific circumstances, she was also caring and thoughtful. She patiently spent time educating me on the phone, keeping me informed with email updates, and going through each process thoroughly with me in her office prior to entering the court room. It was when court was called into session that I had the pleasure of watching Linda do what she does best. Linda is a warrior in the courtroom! She advocated for me in a manner that I could not have done more sincerely myself, while justifying each and every one of my concerns legally. She is a consummate professional and the best in the business! If you need a family law specialist, you most certainly want Linda on your side rather than sitting across the courtroom from her.

I could not imagine navigating these matters with anyone but Linda Sayed. Ms. Sayed has a profound knowledg...e and understanding of family law. She is compassionate, ethical, and incredibly responsive. In summary, she is really, really good at what she does.

Awesome is an Understatement!

If you want a lawyer that is responsive, gives great advice, very knowledgeable of family law, willing to fight for you/your children, cares about her clients, a stickler for details, is an extremely talented litigator, very professional, and an excellent communicator, Linda Sayed, her associate Jami...e Ghetty, and paralegal Angie Groesbeck are incredible! By being 'very' diligent in following there advice, I achieved a graduated 50-50 custody agreement in a very contested child custody case with my 3 minor children all under age 7. I was the plaintiff/husband and the stay at home mom/defendant was making great attempts to establish a status quo that greatly limited my time with my children. Linda walked right beside me through the entire process. My children's future will now include having a significant amount of time with me (there father) in it. This is truly one lawyer that you absolutely get what you pay for. If you truly care about your kids, there's no one better than Linda

WHEN YOU EMPOYEE LINDA SHE DOES NOT SUPPORT HER CLIENT. LINDA WAS ALL-IN WHILE I WAS INTERVIEWING HER FOR THE JOB ....BUT AFTER I SIGNED A CONTRACT SHE WAS IN A BIG HURRY TO SPEED THROUGH MY DIVORCE....SPEEDING THROUGH THE PROCESS TRANSLATED INTO A BIG LOSS FOR ME. LINDA WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY CONSTRUC...TIVE CRITISM .IT IS HER WAY.....EVEN IF IT MEANS COMPRIMISING HER PROFESSIONAL ETHICS. SHE QUIT MY CASE.....WHILE I WAS HAVING A TERRIBLE HEALTH CRISIS WITH DOCTORS CONFIRMING. THE JUDGE AND LINDA REQUESTED LETTERS FROM MY PHYSCIANS THAT WAS NO PROBLEM, THE PHSCIANS SENT ALL THE INFORMATION NEEDED TO THE COURT...THE COURT WAS SATISFIED BUT AS I STATED EARLIER LINDA QUIT. . ....PLUS SHE NEVER GAVE ME MY RECORDS THAT I PAID APPROXIMATELY $7000.00 PLUS DOLLARS FOR NOR DID SHE REFUND ANY MONIES. REMEMBER WHAT I HAVE WRITTEN ....IT COULD SAVE YOU A LOT OF STRESS AND WORRY . MY DIVORCE WAS VERY STRESSFUL LINDA SAYEED WAS OF NO USE ......SHE MADE LIFE MORE STRESSFUL MORE EXPENSIVE. ANOTHER ATTORNEY WAS HIRED AND I SURVIVED ......THE MOUNTAINS OF STRESS I ENDURED FROM THE LAW PRACTICE OF LINDA SAYEED . THAT EXPERIENCE WITH SO MUCH STRESS, PLUS THE ANXIETY HAS NEVER GONE AWAY.
