Sensational Attorney and Advisor

When I first met with Linda through a phone consultation 15 years ago, I knew I found the right attorney needed to resolve my custody and visitation issues. She has been by my side ever since, always willing to assist in navigating changing circumstances, and educate me about my parental rights. Not ...only was Linda thorough in every aspect of understanding my specific circumstances, she was also caring and thoughtful. She patiently spent time educating me on the phone, keeping me informed with email updates, and going through each process thoroughly with me in her office prior to entering the court room. It was when court was called into session that I had the pleasure of watching Linda do what she does best. Linda is a warrior in the courtroom! She advocated for me in a manner that I could not have done more sincerely myself, while justifying each and every one of my concerns legally. She is a consummate professional and the best in the business! If you need a family law specialist, you most certainly want Linda on your side rather than sitting across the courtroom from her.

Doesn’t back down

I am so glad I was referred to Linda- by 3 different people! She is professional, knowledgeable and thorough. My case had multiple layers when it came to divorce and custody, dealing with different states and military. She gave me possible outcomes as to not give me false hope, but the resolution was... better than anticipated, and she fought for me and what was best for my child the whole way. Whenever I emailed or called, she responded shortly after, always in contact. Definitely worth the cost.

Excellent

I gave her ten grand ,for her to tell me to take my kids and leave the country, but I could not take them from their father.. she was ..impeccable and I did feel safe with her ,but was not used to the lack of collaboration..in hind sight ,i should have stayed with her ,maybe i would not have been be...aten up by 5 policemen in front of my children, then charged with assault on a police officer, My children wouldnt be place in mental health unit because their father can't handle them, Or try to escape from him, and I get arrested again and thrown in jail against all human rights laws ,held naked ,no heigine apparel for 3 days denied my lawyer or my right to bail given 2 towels by a gard to " hang myself with".. So maybe if ms sayed just informed me as I was trained to as a nurse , keep people informed , I would not have sought out ,as the police informed me of ..the worst layer in town..Julia bosman.. Whom apparently used her family for political gain, and was the impitous for the cascade of diabolical events inflicted on our children and myself. All for money..and the lining of pockets.. She barely asked me questions..or got to know me.. I need someone to be above board, honorable, and was going to protect me. I hadn't had that in my marriage ever .. It sound like every one thinks she's great. Her para legal sure was ..I can tell ya that.. I only saw her 4 x. Never did we speak on the phone.. I hope this is a better review for you Ms sayed.. Maybe things would have been better with you after all..

Awesome is an Understatement!

If you want a lawyer that is responsive, gives great advice, very knowledgeable of family law, willing to fight for you/your children, cares about her clients, a stickler for details, is an extremely talented litigator, very professional, and an excellent communicator, Linda Sayed, her associate Jami...e Ghetty, and paralegal Angie Groesbeck are incredible! By being 'very' diligent in following there advice, I achieved a graduated 50-50 custody agreement in a very contested child custody case with my 3 minor children all under age 7. I was the plaintiff/husband and the stay at home mom/defendant was making great attempts to establish a status quo that greatly limited my time with my children. Linda walked right beside me through the entire process. My children's future will now include having a significant amount of time with me (there father) in it. This is truly one lawyer that you absolutely get what you pay for. If you truly care about your kids, there's no one better than Linda
