Biography
With an LL.M. in Taxation, I am able to help clients with complex or simple estate planning, business start-up, business transactions and tax planning, and business succession planning, as well as real estate and other transactional areas of law.
With the goal of avoiding estate and inheritance taxes, avoiding probate and ensuring a plan for the future, I can set up and maintain my clients’ estate plans, ranging from simple wills to trusts and powers of attorneys, health care directives, and nominations of guardians. My background in tax and business law allows me to be particularly helpful to business clients who want to plan for the succession of their businesses, such as buy-sell agreements, shareholder agreements, and operating agreements.
From helping clients choose and establish the right business entity to creating the business forms and agreements required for their businesses to selling, merging or dissolving their businesses, I am able to help while being sensitive to clients' budgetary constraints.
