DWI case by Grayson Cheek
Grayson has handled two cases for me now, on both cases he gave me the confidence that I needed in knowing all of the facts and outcomes that could happen, each court hearing I felt like he handled top notch and made what a scary and uncomfortable feeling of being in trouble with the law, not seem li...

Appreciative Marine
This lawyer spent two years working on my DWI charge while I went on deployments and training ops for the United States Marine Corps. He was able to get all the charges dismissed allowing me to live without the DWI charge hanging over my future. He was truly personal and cared about what was happenin...

Average-High
The attorney was able to complete what I needed, however, communication was not as great as I expected.
I tried to communicate at the outset that this process would be lengthy. What I had to do for you was to reopen a closed case that was handled by someone else. There are narrow statutory exceptions to allow this, but I was able to do what I promised, and I am proud of that. And at the end of it all, I remember you being very excited that you were buying a car with your new license in hand, rather than having to wait out the three year suspension that you brought to me to fix. Nevertheless, I have taken this comment to heart and I have made it a personal goal to call more often, even if it is only to check in.

Worst mistake hiring!
I Hired Grayson to represent me on a DENIED 50B hearing! Grayson very unprepared, using NO evidence that I provided him, and Hardly any cross examination, helped the other party rather than his paying Client! Which in turn secured a Bogus 50b against myself for a year! I would not suggest hiring G...

Moral compass?
I understand that as a defense attorney, one’s job is to often defend someone who is guilty of a crime or offense. At what point did you choose to put “winning” over what is right and what is wrong? When you know a client is guilty, and whose actions hurt someone and changed the victim’s life forever...
"Grayson is an awesome attorney. I met him about 8 years ago when we faced off in a Superior Court Trial. He won that trial and did it with a true aura of professionalism. He has recently started his own practice and I recommend his services. If he cannot get the job done, no one can!"
"Grayson is an effective, knowledgable criminal defense attorney. He is well-respected by his colleagues and the judiciary. I highly recommend Grayson."
"I highly endorse this lawyer. Grayson Cheek is an excellent attorney who fights hard for his clients. He knows the law and the people in the legal system, and is well respected in the community,"
"I have known Grayson for many years. He is a dear friend and a respected colleague. I have referred many clients to Grayson over the years and he always does an outstanding job. Grayson travels the State and wherever he goes, the other side better be prepared, because Grayson will certainly be ready to protect his client's constitutional rights. When it comes to defending people accused of crimes, Grayson is one of the very best lawyers in the State. If you want fearless and experienced representation in the courtroom, Grayson is your guy."
"I recommend Grayson for any person needing an aggressive and dedicated attorney. Grayson has a strong reputation in the legal community and always represents his clients in the same aggressive manner no matter the type of case the particular client has."
"Attorney Grayson Cheek is well-respected in the community, in part due to his consistent professionalism and charming demeanor. Coupling these qualities with his skills and experience, any individual in need of criminal defense should consider Grayson to represent their legal interests."
"Grayson is one of the better attorneys in our areas. All of the cases I have a conflict with or where my client has a referral that I may not represent an individual, I refer to Grayson. Do not think twice in choosing him as your attorney!"
