I am severely mentally disabled and I was referred to Grayson by another attorney for a case in Brunswick county I was initially trying to get an attorney from outside of the area, as that area is very corrupt and it can be hard being able to trust your own attorney. I contacted Grayson who was immed...iately non-judgmental and willing to do what he could for my case. I had been charged with a trumped up charge by a cop and a local business owner who had previously kept me in a court battle over two other charges for over a year, my charge was a felony and I had relocated out of state before hearing about it, when I did hear about it I was terrified I would be extradited or picked up and held with no bail pending extradition. Every single Lawyer ( and I am talking about numbers in the double digits) I called told me I would have to come down and bail out as well as pay huge retainers to fight the charge, so I held out and kept calling, then I happened upon grayson, he offered a MUCH lower retainer fee and told me based on the facts in my case he thought he could secure a dismissal without my being arrested. I paid his retainer but honestly remained skeptical as I had been charged with a serious felony and after a year of going through day long court dates on my other charges I didn't have a lot of hope, grayson was always cordial and respectful, never talked down to me and was never bothered by any questions I had even if I asked them multiple times because I have OCD and an Anxiety disorder he put me at ease, and though I did not intially feel like I could trust anyone in the area he won me over through his demeanor and great grasp of the law, as I had researched some of the particulars of my case and looked up statutes I asked him questions I knew the answers to, to see if he would answer correctly and he always did. Grayson is a very talented and very intelligent lawyer. He isn't just listening or being cordial for the money I genuinely believe that he cares about those he works for and he definitely went the extra mile for me. He gave me my life back and did so faster and cheaper than any other attorney was willing to . Thanks Again Grayson.
