Replied last November 08, 2018I tried to communicate at the outset that this process would be lengthy. What I had to do for you was to reopen a closed case that was handled by someone else. There are narrow statutory exceptions to allow this, but I was able to do what I promised, and I am proud of that. And at the end of it all, I remember you being very excited that you were buying a car with your new license in hand, rather than having to wait out the three year suspension that you brought to me to fix. Nevertheless, I have taken this comment to heart and I have made it a personal goal to call more often, even if it is only to check in.
