After two long stressful years my husband's custody/child support case has finally come to an end with his ex-wife. Although it was emotionally grueling, I feel that we had the best attorney by our side to represent us (him). I say us because although she was not representing me she took the time to ...answer my questions and concerns and made certain that I felt reassured that everything was being addressed that needed to be. Mrs. Hardin has a heart of gold and holds the best interest of the child very dear. Our case was not a simple one and it did not completely go our way, but I firmly believe that we would have walked away with nothing if she had not been so diligent. I have had unpleasant experiences with Lawyers. I am sure we all have. My original lawyer had managed my Divorce and Custody. When problems arose with my Ex-husband, I returned to the same lawyer for answers and solutions. Unfortunately, I wound up with even more problems. After having several S...heriffs continually stopping by my house and work to re=serve me papers I had already received, I was referred to Hardin Law Firm. I expressed my concerns with Victoria Hardin, who gave me council on the matters set before me. She was very straight forward on what she needed from me as a client for my case, caught errors and information that I had missed, and explained much of the process that was to come to me. Her retainer was a little more than I expected, but she was wonderfully diligent in her work on my case. She is helping to clean up so much of the mess left by the previous lawyer, and even my Ex-husbands lawyer, that I could not be much happier with her performance. As far as the fees, most of the time, you get what you pay for. Other lawyers wanted about the same amount and were not even sure they could nor wanted to help me. when I received her information that she don't do small claim and she gave me her refer to another attorney as Kirk Nance as I believe she knows him about his work on small claim and I did call Kirk and send email to him and never heard back lately . I don't know why he is not respond back So that m...ean I still need help find a person who can work small claim outside the state as in NC area.
