Attentive, Candid, Knowledgable and Experienced

If your looking for an Attentive, Candid and Experienced Attorney, then I would highly recommend Bryce. I consulted Bryce regarding a defamation matter. I was impressed with his level of support and straight-forward consult. He provided me with a level of attention as if I were his only client. ...He took my concerns seriously and I never felt rushed. I will continue to utilize his services knowing I will receive the same level of attention as if I were a family member or close friend.

Thorough, knowledgable, excellent care

I hired Bryce to handle a nightmare of a divorce. My ex was the DESCRIPTION of NIGHTMARE ex. She fought tooth and nail to the bitter end over nothing. We had no money to fight over! No possessions either. But there was an epic battle. Sure, his initial cost seems high but if you have an ex who is ...difficult, you will be thankful you have that fee. $10k was less than 1/3 of what my ex ended up paying her 4 lawyers (and she had to pay it herself. Yes she did). Bryce always answered my questions. He listened to my concerns and gave me answers that I understood. In court he was perfect. He was FAR superior to any lawyer on the other side. My separation, divorce, equitable distribution and child custody/support issues took FOUR YEARS to resolve, with a fight every single day over every single item- no matter how insignificant. It was ridiculous but Bryce handled it. I got a fair solution with Bryce handling everything as I was living out of state. His office staff was always polite, thorough and prompt. I was happy to see the outcome, of course. Thank you for all of your hard work and diligence in my case. A person would be foolish to hire any other lawyer if there is ANY sort of dispute in your divorce. By the way, Bryce offered to try the "cheap" way of getting an absolute divorce FIRST before signing on for the $10k. She would not settle or be agreeable in any way. Then I hired Bryce with the larger retainer and watched for 4 years of hell. Definitely hire Bryce if there is any hint of difficulty as he knows what he is doing- especially in the area of Military Law. Please.

A heck of a good lawyer!

Bryce Neier is an excellent, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented attorney who truly cares about the well being of his clients. I hired him to represent me in a complicated case before the North Carolina Court of Appeals. He impressed me favorably with the energetic battle fought on my behalf. He h...as assisted me in several other matters since then. Both Mr. Neier and his staff are prompt, courteous, dependable, and efficient; they handled all matters in a timely manner. I am extremely grateful to Bryce Neier and his professional staff for all the work they have done for me. I wholeheartedly recommend Bryce Neier, for his expertise in the legal field and for his enthusiastic dedication to his client's best interest.

Not at all Happy!!

I hired Mr. Neier over a year ago to handle a domestic matter between me and my husband. I had the fortune of reconciling with my husband. Mr.. Neier had minimal work. He charged me $10,000 and after doing just a complaint and a few other things, kept the entire amount. We never went to court! Just t...he initial pleading and a dismissal which, the dismissal he shouldn't have charged me for. The way he does his retainers is not for the person who might have a chance of staying out of court. I tried to contact his office to come to some kind of fair resolution. I'm a firm believer in doing what is right. He didn't even address the situation with me and that was more than six months ago. They completely ignored me. The way I was treated, not even worth them addressing..... Another thing, the service I did get for the limited times I had to deal with them was awful. I've worked for other lawyers. He isn't even that good for the ridiculous money he asks for. I was told to do things that was their responsibility. I really did feel like I was alone during this case for the few months it actually was going on.

This comment should have included, which I typed: The client did not hire me for absolute divorce. The client hired me for major litigation claims for: child support, child custody, post separation support, alimony, equitable distribution , attorney fees, costs, ..............................

Very intellectual and informative!

Mr. Neier has been my attorney for about 4 months now. He is helping me through child custody and support issues that have arisen from my divorce. I know nothing about custody and support and all the terminology associated with it and Mr. Neier has done everything in his power to help me understand... and get the orders I need. He works all day and night, even on weekends and holidays. If I have a question, he is right there to answer it for me. His staff is extremely helpful and always understanding when I call or email. If you need a divorce or custody attorney, Bryce D. Neier is the one to call! Definitely knows his business and worth every penny!
