Waste Of Time & Money

Went in on a consultation for a simple divorce decree and this guy rattled on about jargon a rocket scientist wouldn't understand. He wanted $10000 up front for an uncontested divorce. I walked out $100 poorer and a lesson learned. Don't waste your time with this shyster.

Thorough & Knowledgeable

Divorce is a difficult, life changing event. Bryce Neier explained the entire divorce process to me in a clear and precise manner that I could understand. He walked me through the entire scenario and put me at ease. He made suggestions after he knew what outcomes I was hoping for. He and his staff ...were responsive to my calls and emails. I would highly recommend him!

Thorough, knowledgable, excellent care

I hired Bryce to handle a nightmare of a divorce. My ex was the DESCRIPTION of NIGHTMARE ex. She fought tooth and nail to the bitter end over nothing. We had no money to fight over! No possessions either. But there was an epic battle. Sure, his initial cost seems high but if you have an ex who is ...difficult, you will be thankful you have that fee. $10k was less than 1/3 of what my ex ended up paying her 4 lawyers (and she had to pay it herself. Yes she did). Bryce always answered my questions. He listened to my concerns and gave me answers that I understood. In court he was perfect. He was FAR superior to any lawyer on the other side. My separation, divorce, equitable distribution and child custody/support issues took FOUR YEARS to resolve, with a fight every single day over every single item- no matter how insignificant. It was ridiculous but Bryce handled it. I got a fair solution with Bryce handling everything as I was living out of state. His office staff was always polite, thorough and prompt. I was happy to see the outcome, of course. Thank you for all of your hard work and diligence in my case. A person would be foolish to hire any other lawyer if there is ANY sort of dispute in your divorce. By the way, Bryce offered to try the "cheap" way of getting an absolute divorce FIRST before signing on for the $10k. She would not settle or be agreeable in any way. Then I hired Bryce with the larger retainer and watched for 4 years of hell. Definitely hire Bryce if there is any hint of difficulty as he knows what he is doing- especially in the area of Military Law. Please.

Should Have Gone Elsewhere

His office staff rarely returns phone calls (he does not call or email), nothing gets done in an efficient manner, I was left in the dark several times about matters concerning my case where I couldn't get straight answers, they made promises about getting things done and then I would hear months lat...er that it was my job to do it or he would need more money, and when my paperwork was supposedly done and I went to collect it from the office he came out to review it and red ink it as I was trying to walk out the door. They don't take time and attention to their clients, it feels more of like an assembly-line manner of doing business where you are just a number. If I could do it all over again I would have taken my business somewhere else. I think rating his services as POOR is still too good of a rating for him.

I regret this person feels this way, assuming this is a real client. I completely disagree with the assertions in this review. I personally respond to my clients daily, seven days a week, even on holidays, at all times of the day or night. Our office operates in the utmost efficiency and each client's legal needs are personally addressed. I am always grateful for any potential client or new hire. The only true way to know about our firm is to consult with us, or hire us and see for yourself. No client is always going to be 100 percent satisfied, no matter who they hire. Sincerely, Bryce D. Excellant Attorney

Attorney Neier handled my Divorce and Equitable Distribution Trail. He was very meticulous and always explained things to me in detail. I appreciated all that he accomplished with my case. It took a long time, that was not his fault. It was costly, again not his fault and worth every penny!!! The cou...rt system in CC delays everything. He was there when I needed him to be there every-time.
