Waste Of Time & Money
Went in on a consultation for a simple divorce decree and this guy rattled on about jargon a rocket scientist wouldn't understand. He wanted $10000 up front for an uncontested divorce. I walked out $100 poorer and a lesson learned. Don't waste your time with this shyster.

too high
he seemed nice at first then just way to high for my budget I mean it is military like they pay anything to spouses there FYI stay away from this place it is not good if you can leave it before divorcing get divorce in another state.
Our fee structures are competitive. You get what you pay for. Attending law school requires four years undergraduate degree, three years of law school , a very difficult bar exam, and then the cost to run a law office. There is no money tree in the back yard here that pays our monthly expenses. I have one hourly fee which covers me, my staff and my overhead. Other attorneys assign hourly rates to the attys and the staff and when they do monthly billing the hourly rates get stacked and you don't even know that. With them you end up paying in reality 1000-2000 an hour. In addition, I work seven days a week starting at 1am and personally email my clients round the clock . They don't have to take off from work, nor pack their kids up in the car , or leave vacations , or have co workers hear their phone calls with me. No other firm can match my communication and personalized service . If you want quality legal service then you have to pay for it. I will also comment about being in the military. I served overseas for five years so I am a Vet too. I have been available for my clients Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, Weekends, you name it. Those type of services are not free. I encourage anyone to consult with as many attorneys in my county and then consult with us. Find out for yourself. Our consult fee right now is $60.00 which we lowered as a service to the local folks. Most here charge 100-200 for the consult, which I still think is reasonable. Bottom line again, you get what you pay for.

You want this attorney on your team.
Mr. Neier is a fantastic attorney. He's a great litigator, and his advice is as great as his courtroom skill. He's the one you want if you're in a jam and need results. He went above and beyond for me, and I can't recommend him high enough. In a world that seems to be filled with lazy and unskill...

Thorough & Knowledgeable

Thorough, knowledgable, excellent care
I hired Bryce to handle a nightmare of a divorce. My ex was the DESCRIPTION of NIGHTMARE ex. She fought tooth and nail to the bitter end over nothing. We had no money to fight over! No possessions either. But there was an epic battle. Sure, his initial cost seems high but if you have an ex who is ...
