I contacted several lawyers to help me out with a speeding citation. Out of the 6 lawyers I called, this was the ONLY one that let me book on the spot and give payment over the phone to Mr. Byrd's assistant. All the others said they would have to take a message and get back with me later. With this t...ype of infraction, I appreciated the exceptionally quick service and thorough explanation of the process. I was pulled over for doing 51 mph in a 35 mph area. Of course I was freaking out when I saw the flashing lights because I had thought I was on a 45 mph road (yes, still over the speed). I was given a ticket for 'only' speeding, thankfully, not reckless driving since I was 15 mph over the speed limit.... I found Mr. Byrd's information after doing a search online and decided to give him a call to see if he could help me. I called and spoke with Mr. Byrd and hired him the very next day. Almost two months later when my court appointment came up, Mr. Byrd did his thing and got the case dismissed which was extremely appreciative! Hopefully, this never happens again, but, if it does, I'll know who to contact again.
