Gregory M. Byrd

Mr Byrd did an outstanding job representing me in court. I had a momentary laps of judgment that could've ended my care in the service. This was my first time ever needing a lawyer and Mr Byrd was the best. He didn't feed me a bunch of hopes and dreams, he was very realistic on the probable outcomes ...to include the best outcome of dismissal of charges. He fought for me in court and had my charges dismissed without me even having to appear. He did everything he promised and more. I recommend him to any soldier wishing to be represented by the best.

I haven't lived in Fayetteville for over a year. Before getting out of the army I had received a ticket for dead tags and no proof of insurance (the vehicle wasn't mine.). The court date was around the same time I was leaving the army so I had honestly forgot. Well a year later I realize I can't ...renew my license because I have 2 bench warrants for failure to appear. I have to have a up to date driver license for work. I called Cumberland courthouse and they wanted me to appear in court. I called 4 different attorneys in Fayetteville. After speaking with his assistant I asked to speak to him directly, he was busy but called me the exact time he said he would. He was the only attorney that made time to speak to me directly. He was also the most affordable (less than half the price quoted to me by other attorneys, also cheaper than my court costs would have been.). He told me it would take him a day or 2 to get everything taken care of, the next day I received an email that everything was dismissed and I went straight and renewed my license. If you go to traffic court without at least taking the time to consult with Mr Byrd you are crazy. I've delt with multiple attorneys in the past and he was by far the most convient and I would recommend him to anyone.
