I am out of the county and I called to get some information regarding some old open charges in Cumberland County. I initially submitted a request online, and I received a follow up email the next day from the legal assistant, Angela. Angela was very responsive and answered all my questions. I hired A...ttorney Byrd and he handled my case the next day after payment. I was very pleased with the overall service and turnaround time.

I had several outstanding traffic tickets and fines I needed to get taken care. After sending a message regarding my issues I was contacted the very next morning. I was quoted a very reasonable price to retain Mr Byrd. They even set up a very manageable payment to pay it. With in Two days of paying m...y last payment my issues were handled. Even after handling my case they were still there to help answer other questions I had. My overall experience was absolutely fantastic they took all of the stress out of it. I live in Los Angeles California and I recieved a speeding ticket while visiting North Carolina. I missed my court date and this prevented me from getting my license renewed in California. Cumberland court said that I had to appear in person just to get a court date scheduled. This law office was amazing Not only was the lady who answered the phone very respectful and very knowledgeable they took care of a ticket for a revoked license which required a court appearance and I happen to live out of state. I live in New York and 10 years ago I had gotten a ticket in North Caro...lina I tried to go for my CDL and they told me I had a hold in North Carolina so I called four different lawyers and I almost went with another lawyer but they told me it would take 2 to 3 weeks for them to hopefully get it dismissed if not a reduction I needed it done as soon as possible I called Mr Byrd's office and they said they can have it dismissed by tomorrow. Within 24 hours I received a phone call and an email saying that it was dismissed so now I don't have to wait to get my CDL and not to leave out they were $100 cheaper then the other lawyer. I have never wrote a review for any other company but I felt it was necessary because I am so very grateful
