Biography
After graduating from Harvard Law School, I decided to dedicate my life to helping people who are having problems with debt. While I practice bankruptcy law, I strive to give my clients service that includes much more than simply preparing a bankruptcy petition. I use every statute on the books - the Fair Debt Collections Practice Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, The Unfair and Deceptive Trade Pactices Act, Mortgage Servicing Laws, The Truth in Lending Act, etc. to help my clients fight back against abusive mortgage companies and debt collectors.
