Roberto Tepichin

Mr. Tepichin has represented a number of clients from among the U.S. Fortune 500. Representative matters include litigation concerning alleged breaches in warranties and representations in a merger agreement between national manufacturing companies, an executive compensation dispute, an insurance coverage dispute with a hospital that conducted close to 1000 unnecessary coronary artery bypass grafts and catheterizations on healthy patients, and claims of false advertising.

Mr. Tepichin has represented clients from among the U.S. Fortune 500, defending against claims alleging multi-million dollar losses from asset-backed securities and the subprime fallout. Mr. Tepichin also represents investment funds seeking to recover millions of dollars in losses from investments in asset-backed securities.

Mr. Tepichin is no stranger to the Massachusetts Appeals Court. Exemplar case involved a boundary dispute with neighbors, over which Mr. Tepichin's client obtained a treble damages award for the wrongful removal of trees, which award Mr. Tepichin successfully upheld on appeal.

Mr. Tepichin represents clients in FINRA Arbitrations to recover money lost on investments as a result of breaches of fiduciary duties, misrepresentations, unsuitability and fraud.
