Outstanding Lawyer

I cant say enough about my experience at King Law offices in Rutherfordton Everyone there was so helpful in my situation of an unexpected divorce, I was very afraid and didn't know what was going to happen at or during this time or for my future, but my lawyer Brandon Jaynes from the start assured me all would be ok, He gave me that assurance from the beginning.. He was very efficient in my case and always kept me informed of all that was going on or going to happen even at times protected my well being.. He definitely came through for me and my future I cant thank him enough..

Great Experience and peace of mind

Brandon assisted me with resolving a family law related misunderstanding with the state of NC. Once engaged he sorted out the problem within hours, with little to no input required on my end. He was very professional, knew clearly what needed to be done, and handled it expeditiously. It provided a lot of peace of mind to me and my family and allowed us to continue to focus on our lives rather than the misunderstanding, and I truly appreciate that. Attorney Brandon Jaynes is the founding and managing partner of Jaynes Law, PLLC, currently practicing in many areas, including real estate, family law, civil litigation, courtroom defense, and estate planning.

Brandon received a Bachelors of Computer Science and a Bachelors of Mathematics from Gardner-Webb University in 2003 where he graduated magna cum laude. While at Gardner-Webb, Brandon was President of both the SIGMA Math Association and the Association for Computing Machinery, Gardner-Webb chapters. In 2006, he was awarded a full scholarship to attend Campbell University’s Norman A. Wiggins School of Law, graduating cum laude with his Juris Doctor degree in 2009. While in law school, Brandon was Technology Editor of the Campbell Law Review.

Prior to attending law school, Brandon, a lifelong resident of Western North Carolina, worked in the technology fields over a fifteen year period. He has four children. Brandon enjoys a variety of activities which include hiking, photography, SCUBA, programming, and finance, among others, as well as an active member of American Mensa.

Extroadinary lawyer!

I highly recommend Brandon Jaynes if your seeking legal aid for any matter. He is a very compassionate attorney who always tries to help his clients resolve legal issues quickly. For several years I have struggled with my ex over custody. Brandon was able to help my children and I find the perfect resolution. Best lawyer in NC

My experience with King Law Office was absolutely amazing. This office exceeded my expectations completely. The staff and the attorneys are amazing overall. My attorney was Brandon Jaynes. He was very compassionate about finding the perfect resolution for my family. Brandon always kept me informed about sudden changes in my case and answered all of my questions thoroughly and promptly. Exceeded my expectations!

I would absolutely recommend Brandon Jaynes for any legal needs. Even though my ex-wife and I separated 8 years ago (2005), she had no desire to see our 2 children until late 2011. I was so scared when I was served with custody papers, so I sought the legal advice of Mr. Jaynes. He addressed my needs compassionately, putting my fears at ease, and he was extremely knowledgeable about the law surrounding my case. It was a smooth process, and he came up with a custody agreement that I was happy with. I will definitely hire Mr. Jaynes to represent me for any of my legal situations in the future.

Alone

Was very let down by him he did not show up for court. Sent someone else who did not even know our case and we did not get our children.
