Biography
My name is Phil Gibbons and I limit my law practice to employment law and long term disability claims on behalf of employees. I have practiced employment law since 1996 and I am recognized by AVVO, Martindale Hubble, Best Lawyers in America, and Super Lawyers as a highly rated attorney. My office is located in Charlotte, NC and my law firm represents employees throughout the state North Carolina.
The one thing you should know about me is that I am a cancer survivor. In 2010 I was diagnosed with Stage III Hodgkin's Lymphoma. I endured 6 months of chemotherapy and overcame many challenges before being told I was "cancer free." I not only understand how a life-changing event can impact employment, I have lived it. Whether you are fighting for your life or your livelihood, you want the help of professionals who have the experience and knowledge to help you.
