Simone Alston Williams

I have retained Simone Williams services in 2018 for custody / child support battle. She has won a hand full of my cases as the plaintiff kept filing a new cases. Simone goes above and beyond to review documents and flag error in petitions. She is a true winner, Thanks to her, I can finally t...urn the page and focus on rebuilding a relationship with my son. I started out feeling like Ms. Williams was very capable and felt things would be handled in a proffesional and timely manner. Unfortunately, it soon became apparent this was not the case! Ms. Williams was unorganized and not prepared for my case. I feel she mislead me on several occasions, did not r...eturn emails or phone messages. She overcharged and mishandled my case, costing me a considerable amount of money. Ms. Williams showed no concern for my case and demonstrated a complete lack of integrity.

Ms. Williams represented me with my child custody case and even though I wasn't awarded primary custody of my daughters, my reasonable and liberal visitation, three states away proved unbearable for dad. There was an new incident with one of my daughter's and I reacted as any mother would. I emaile...d Ms. Williams on a Sunday and she responded the following day with advice to help protect myself and my daughters. I'm satisfied with her representation, but she is a one woman show! So be patient, remain honest and update her and she or her assistant, Christina, will respond! :)
