I work with families to help them navigate the period of transition that accompanies separation and divorce. This includes issues involving child custody, child support, spousal support and property division. I work to settle cases using Separation and/or Property Settlement Agreements or by Consent Order to avoid or minimize litigation whenever possible.

My practice encompasses step-parent adoption, domestic adoptions and adult adoptions.
