Professional, Thorough, and Kind

Lillie Ashworth represented me in my separation and divorce process and I could not have asked for a better experience. I would not have been able to get through this stressful time in my life without her. She is very knowledgeable about laws and documents regarding domestic violence and equitable di...stribution and did a wonderful job communicating things to me in a way that I could understand them. She was proactive and she fought for me against my ex and his schemes and she ensured that I came out of the situation with the best possible outcomes. She was gracious and patient with me and my family when we were emotionally overwhelmed and she was caring and compassionate in her responses. She did an excellent job of responding to my questions and inquiries and she was organized and thorough in every email and document that she prepared on my behalf. I do not know how she balances it all because she has a large case load of other clients, but she truly cares about the needs of each of her clients and she is present in the meetings that she has with each person. I am not sure how I could have navigated this past year without her by my side and I am extremely grateful for everything that she did for me. I highly recommend Lillie Ashworth and Marshall & Taylor for anyone who might find themselves in a similar situation!

Professional and efficient

I would highly recommend Lillie Ashworth if you are going through a separation/divorce. Lillie was able to connect me with DCRC and domestic abuse resources that proved to be extremely helpful. She helped me identify my highest priority goals with my separation and we were able to achieve these toget...her. Lillie is very knowledgeable, realistic and honest. I now have a completed separation agreement that protects the safety of both me and my pets. Thanks to Lillie, I finally have some peace of mind.

Absolutely Amazing!

I hired Lillie to represent me during my very high conflict permanent custody trial (with a heavy history of domestic violence) , and cannot say enough good things about my experience working with her. From the beginning, she took the time to truly listen to me, and she went above and beyond to prepa...re not only herself for the trial, but me. Throughout the entire process Lillie communicated with me, and was always there to answer any questions or concerns that I had. Her performance in the court room during our two-day trial (and wirh 3 attorneys working against us) was amazing. I left the court room knowing that thanks to Lillie, I was finally able to get all the facts heard. Because of Lillie, I won my case! My family and I are so thankful to have found her.
