Attorney Finney was my attorney for several months. He assisted me with my child custody case. Attorney Finney was knowledgeable, personable, professional, relatable, and reachable. He made me feel comfortable and established trust very early. During his time as my attorney, he changed firms twic...e. Although I did not appreciate having to pay a retainer or the significant increase in fees based on the new firm’s rates, I wanted continuity during my case. Attorney Finney was apologetic for the timing and remained actively involved in my case even when met with challenges from the opposing party. Despite my case not going 100% the way we intended and costing way more than anticipated due to noncompliance of the other party, I can say that Attorney Finney’s expertise and guidance landed me in a better position than I was initially.
