"From Stressed to Blessed"

From Stressed to Blessed! My husband worked for a very large corporation and was injured on the job. He was immediately denied Workers Comp because the company placed all kinds of obstacles in his way. To make a long story short, my husband needed surgery and we were advised to hire an attorney. ...We called everyone and they all declined the case even before the initial interview with us. We were recommended by my nephew to contact John Ayers. I felt like it would result in another wasted call; however John agreed to see us and on that first visit, he accepted our case. He gave us immediate attention and took over our case. Words cannot describe how helpless we felt before finding John Ayers. My husband went for surgery #1 and then months and months of PT. Although in great pain, he still tried to find a job that wouldn’t require use of his arm. The doctor said the first surgery did not fix his shoulder and he required another surgery. He had surgery #2 and eventually #3. All the while unable to do any kind of work, we totally exhausted our savings account of over $12,000 and I even chose to sell all my jewelry to keep us going. We borrowed from family and were fearful of never paying it back. Things were bad, really bad. We found out shortly after the first surgery that his company had cancelled his insurance and we could not afford Cobra more than a few months, so all the medical bills were piling up on US! His company fought us all the way. My husband applied for unemployment and even that was denied. We got NOTHING. After hiring John and the case went to court where we initially won, it was appealed. The company would later appeal the court’s decision two more times. John never gave up on the case or US! Throughout everything, during all the proceedings, court dates, etc., John was “right there” for us. He was always reachable by phone to answer our questions and concerns. He was very compassionate to our every worry and did more for us than a lawyer is expected to do. I pray to God that nothing like this ever happens to my husband again, but if it should - we would want John again! We would highly recommend John to anyone in trouble like we were with a Workers Compensation case. How very thankful we are and very blessed to have found and worked with John. If you need a very motivated, professional, well educated lawyer, John Ayers would be the man!!

Workers Comp Claim for Brian Herbstreit

When I went to see John the company Lawyers had offered me $26K for an on-the-job injury that resulted in leaving me a paraplegic. We met and John immediately put me at ease. He explained the process and that this was going to be drawn out due to all the parties involved. John was with me every st...ep of the way. John exceeded my expectations and really gave me my life back! It really gave me peace of mind having John in my corner!

An Angel Attorney

Mr. Ayers is the best attorney I've ever had the privilege to work with. Not only is he a knowledgeable professional, but he's honest and truly cares about his clients. He was a crucial part of my learning to deal with the accident, healing and accepting my new normal. He played a vital role in refer...ring me to the right people and doctors, and ensuring I received the best care available. I've gained a friend and a trustworthy attorney, and that's something you don't find these days in that field. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for fair - quality representation!!! You won't be disappointed.
