Excellent Workers' Compensation Attorney

My husband was involved in a workplace accident that resulted in a serious traumatic brain injury. From the outset, friends and family suggested that I get an attorney. At first, I didn’t understand why people were talking to me about getting a lawyer. My main concern was not losing my husband! It so...on became clear, however, that an attorney would be necessary to help us navigate the world of workers’ compensation. My adult children were given the task of finding someone to help us. They sought out referrals, read reviews, talked with their attorney friends and we ended up with a list of possibilities. After meeting John Ayers, I knew we had found the right law firm. Other lawyers just wanted to talk about the case—John’s first priority was finding out how my husband was doing and how we were doing. He truly cares about his clients. I can’t say enough good things about John and Ayers, Whitlow & Dressler. Everyone—from the receptionists to the paralegal team—always responded to us in a friendly, professional manner. After we hired John, I didn’t have to worry about anything accept getting my husband well enough to come home from the hospital. He explained workers’ compensation law in a way that I could understand. He responded to my phone calls, texts and e-mails quickly (sometimes almost instantaneously). John secured attendant care pay for me so that I could stay home and care for my husband. Throughout the entire process, I always knew what to expect—there were never any surprises. John guided us through mediation, and because of his expertise, we received a fair settlement. If you are looking for a workers’ compensation attorney who is honest and dependable—someone who truly cares about you—John Ayers is your man!

Super Attorney

John is a excellent attorney, he’s very caring and professional. He has given us peace of mind and security. My husband is a quadriplegic and he fought hard for our rights and came to us whenever it was needed. We really appreciate Everything he’s done.

When you Need Professional Help

John directed me to doctors I was unaware of that are the best at what they do to improve my quality of life. He stayed on top of Workers Comp people who would not approve treatment. He sent unpaid doctor /hospital bills to the Worker Comp peoplyto get the bills paid. He did countless things I’m not ...even aware of. He knows what to do it and gets it done!

Exactly what my family needed.

After recently having a Workman's Compensation attorney that I had next to no interaction with and showed no interest in my case my family referred me to Mr. Ayers and his team. Immediately he met with me face to face (something my previous lawyer never did) and he told me his plan and how he was goi...ng to enact it. He followed through with everything he has informed me he would do and shows he is more interested in my recovery and my family--not just the money. My old lawyer wanted to settle and had no intention of finding a doctor to help with my particular rare issue, Mr. Ayers' on the other-hand not only found the doctor but also got it approved for me to see him. He has eased my burden and has drastically cut my worries. I have the utmost confidence in him and his team!

John Ayers was my Giant Slayer

From the beginning of my whole ordeal, I have told anyone who would listen that John Ayers was a God-send in my life. From the time my attending physician heard me talking to a friend in the hospital and suggested I call John, I have been blessed to have him handle my case. He was always honest and p...rofessional and made it easy for me to talk about a subject that was not only a sensitive one but was going to involve me, like David, going up against Goliah, Christian Tours. His expertise in the courtroom clearly showed a man who was well prepared and a true advocate for justice. I never would have thought I had a chance nor would I have known how to go about dealing with this large company, but John Ayers was always there for me, no matter how mundane the questions..... and I had many of those. I will forever be thankful to John Ayers and his staff for helping me to successfully slay my giant.
