Miss Carol Austin is a very good lawyer with a strong grip on her profession. I had received a ticket for reckless driving and speeding. The reckless driving got dropped, speeding got reduced and the judge gave a pjc as a result of which i did not get any points on my drivers license. All of this wou...ld have been impossible without her hard work.

Carol did a great job with my case. I was stopped at a DUI checkpoint and charged with a DUI after successfully passing the field sobriety tests. She put in a tremendous amount of work into interpreting how the laws were written and how police training manuals taught officers how to conduct investiga...tions in the field. The judge dismissed the case based on lack of probably cause based on the video from the scene, conflicting testimony of the arresting officer, and overall errors in the officer during the arrest. She did a great job and was very pleased with the outcome of the case.

Ms. Austin did a great job for us as plaintiffs in a civil lawsuit. We are a non-profit organization (homeowners association) and Carol was very cost conscious and reasonably priced. We didn't receive endless phone calls and emails, running up our bill; she was very communicative as needed and ans...wered all our questions as realistically and honestly as possible.
