My first interaction with K. Walker was through my landlord. She drew up our rental agreement with purchase option. I was greeted warmly and treated kindly! Fast forward to today as a new homeowner and she kept me informed every step of the way! She was patient, answered my questions quickly, and... I was not made to feel like a bother! I never had to guess what stage of the process I was in, and I was always made to feel welcome and valued as a tenant AND as a homeowner! Ms Walker was engaged to provide legal services in relation to landlord/tenant matters a little over a year ago.
