I'm a Developer/Broker in Uptown Charlotte & have contracted Ron several times this year. Ron has assisted me with several closings both personally and with clients. Ron is always prepared and detail oriented when going over all paper work; he takes the time to explain each document without the bor...ing monotone legal jargon many other attorney's use that can be confusing. Ron has also drafted legal contracts for me at a reasonable price to help protect my interests in real estate investments. Unlike most attorney's Ron answers his phone or will call you back in a timely fashion. He's a great asset to have in your corner to discuss the legal situation you're inquiring about and he's quick to point out any potential liabilities that may arise. He gives great advice and explains every concern in simple terms. He quickly responds to every concern and is extremely fair with is time and pricing.
