Frances is amazing. I was in a bad wreck late November of last year. The wreck was not my fault, and from prior experiences I knew that dealing with an insurance company was going to be a pain. On top of that, there were going to be medical bills involved this time. Upon first meeting Frances I k...new I was in good hands. She took time to not only go over my case, but also took the time to get to know me. Since this was my first time ever having medical bills involved, she took the time to go over everything that was going to happen. When the bills started to roll in and the hospital and doctors started sending out letters saying that they would be turning these items over to collections, Frances stepped in and took care of everything. I didn't have to deal with any of the headaches that come with dealing with insurance or billing. At first I was nervous about compensation. I had been in wrecks before and received very little in the way of restitution. Plus this time my car had been totaled. However once I got the offer for my totaled vehicle, all worries went away. Frances made sure I was properly compensated for all my property and injuries. Frances really cares about her clients, and does her best to make sure you do not have to stress about anything. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.
