Frances S. Knox

I was referred to Frances by a family member for a personal injury I received while on vacation at a rental home. This was my first experience with anything of this nature so Frances and her firm were great guiding me thru the process and setting proper expectations. My case remained open for 2 yea...rs while I went thru the process of going to multiple doctors, specialists, and thru the negotiation process with the homeowners insurance company. We winded up settling my case and I was happy with the results. Without Frances and her team I feel that I would have settled this case far too early leaving a significant amount of money on the table. I would highly recommend Frances and the Knox firm for any needs and would use them again if needed.

She was professional,but what seemed a friend at the same time. She did a great job for us. My wife ,daughter,and I were involved in a crash, not our fault. We had bruises and some broken bones. We consulted and she took the case. There were two other vehicles involved which in turn was two other ins...urances involved. I was having a hard time getting them to contact me. I saw the reviews on Francis and let her take over. I DID NOT REGRET IT. It took a little while and some patience but we are getting settle. I would recommend her highly. Frances Knox and her staff were wonderful to work with. They were always accessible and were kind, down to earth and easy to work with.
