Frances Knox and her staff were wonderful to work with. They were always accessible and were kind, down to earth and easy to work with. My case was complicated as it involved multiple parties in multiple states. In the end Ms. Knox was able to negotiate with these parties and work out an agreem...ent. I am thankful for her guidance and for not requiring me to be overly involved. I was able to focus on what I needed to and trust that I was in good hands.
