Eric Steven Meredith

It all started off great but, I feel he may be better in the courtroom then anything else. Eric is a bit lazy on doing work/ research ( maybe to many clients and personal issues keeping him busy) he had me believing things that I soon realized were not at all what they seemed and lost me what could h...ave been the easiest case in the world. Eric did t stick up for me or protect me at all in the courtroom and in the end made me feel awful, alone and as always anything but confident. I now need to spend more money and time to get another lawyer to undo the mess he has made. Be careful looks like in the last 2 years, Eric is dropping the ball and not doing what he gets paid to do. We could have won but I still would say he is lazy, hard to get a hold of and will not keep you updated or let you know what is going on. There was absolutely no advice or time given to me unless it was the day to be infront of a judge.

Eric helped me during a rather difficult time. My wife left my with no warning. Of course I was beyond devastated and without any knowledge of what my options were. One of our family members got in trouble with the law and we had to post a bail bond requiring a lien on our house. This was unknown territory for us. Eric was recommended. We called. We met a few hours later and within 2 hours all paperwork was processed and we were able to proceed to get our family... member released. Eric was swift, decisive, very thorough in his explanation of the process, and empathetic to our situation. The best part was his referal of a criminal attorney who we hired to represent our family member. This lawyer was excellent and did a wonderful job. We are grateful for the recommendation and the solid work Eric performed in a time of great need.
