Eric Steven Meredith

Please do not hire this attorney, or anyone else in his firm. He rarely returns calls, is always unprepared for court, only consults with us the night before court dates, and is extremely arrogant inside and outside of the courtroom, which pissed off the judge. Fired him after he walked out of a he...aring, leaving his junior attorney to fight my case which he lost. Terrible lawyer, do not hire him.

Unfortunately, I lost too much money with Eric. He never prepared for court and never filed a motion against the other party. He was either very busy or showed little interest in my case after paying him over 50,000. His only interest was to put more money into the trust account so he could charge 2,...500 for an hour in court for which he wasn't prepared and didn't even know what he would say in front of the judge. After trying to prepare for court for weeks, he only met with me 30 minutes before court. He made only promises and no results. I had to fire him because my daughter's custody and my finances were at risk. The truth is, he never showed any results. His only interest was to get more money from me and charge extremely high prices without any results. He met with the other party's attorney and made decisions without my consent. He put too much pressure on me to sell a property that was my only guarantee to defend my other properties from my ex-wife, only to collect his money without any results. After speaking with several attorneys to take my case, none of them gave me a good opinion of Eric. Their opinion was that he only cares about money and never prepares his cases. He charged me too much money to obtain discovery from the other party, which had a deadline of 1/6/25, and at this point I never received it. I came to Mr Meredith devastated beyond belief because my son reported he was being hurt by his father. Mr Meredith provided a great deal of lip service at first and took $14,000. I went over 3 months with no return call or email from him and finally changed attorneys. I hired another attorney an...d spend almost 6 figures undoing some of Mr Meredith's damages. My second attorney stated Mr Meredith made some mistakes but would not go on the record.. My son ended up in the hospital and diagnosed with a PTSD and is still in treatment 4 years later due to the abuse from his father and the way Mr Meredith misrepresented me and my son.

Eric Meredith is a true genius in his field. I sought after many family law attorneys throughout my divorce and they all failed in comparison to Mr. Meredith.
