Casey has helped my family at least twice in the past. I do not want to resort to using a lawyer unless a situation becomes irrational. I had a tenant in a large commercial building that defaulted but continued to operate-profitably-in his business' other locations. Casey solved the issue quickly and... everyone was satisfied. When my daughter transferred from one college to another, SALLIE MAE (a student lender) made a huge mistake. Student loans begin to become due six months after the student graduates or leaves school. They didn't process the paperwork correctly and began reporting missed payments to the credit reporting agencies six months after she transferred. No notices, bills--no way for us to know this mistake had occured until I applied for an insurance policy and found my credit was ruined. To make matters worse, SALLIE MAE has no method for consumers to deal directly with them, either by phone,email or a website. Casey was able to get one of their lawyers on the phone,straighten out the issue and have my credit restored. This process took over five months. It could have been a devasting problem.
