Mr. Jordan did a Will and Trust for me giving me piece of mind. Having worked with him as an Asst. DA and then watching him in the courtroom when he went in private practice, he demonstrates his ability to provide excellent representation.

12 years
After graduating from Catawba College with degrees in Accounting and Political Science/Pre-Law, I attended Campbell University School of Law in Buies Creek, North Carolina where I receive my law degree in 1990. I was admitted to the North Carolina State Bar in September of 1990 and have spent the last 25+ years practicing law in the State and Federal Courts of North Carolina.
For 6 years (1994-2000), I was an Assistant District Attorney in both Cabarrus and Rowan Counties working for William "Bill" Kenerly and Mark L. Speas. In 2000, I left the District Attorney's Office for private practice and in 2002, I joined Cecil L. Whitley in what has become the Law Firm of Whitley & Jordan, P.A. That move has given me the opportunity to work with one of the best attorneys in Rowan County and allowed me to work with an established client base that continues to increase everyday as satisfied clients recommend their friends and family to our firm.
I look forward to helping you with your legal problem.

"I am pleased to endorse Darrin Jordan. I have known Darrin essentially since he began practicing law. He was an assistant district attorney before he began his work in the private practice.
As an ADA, Darrin was always professional and ethical in the manner in which he handled his cases.
Being defense counsel, however, is totally different. We see folks at their lowest points. It is important to understand people and their feelings and take the time to explain what will happen in a particular case. Darrin does this. A case is not just a fee to Darrin. He cares about his clients and tries to help them through a difficult time in their lives whether it is a criminal matter, a speeding ticket, or a family matter.
Darrin's knowledge of the law and its application is exceptional. I do not hesitate to ask his opinion on how to handle a matter.
I am happy to endorse and recommend Darrin Jordan."
