James A. Davis

I found Mr. James Davis over 15 years ago and he has become our family go to attorney. I have used him many times and he continues to impress me with his sincere desire to find the best possible solution to my legal problems. I first used him on a matter and he made some recommendations that surprise...d me.... What a surprise to find an honest lawyer who puts his clients first. Because James has been so honest and so good, several of our friends now use him whenever they have a legal problem. I have used him for several matters, family law matters and legal advice. James has always impressed me with his in-depth knowledge of the law and I am truly glad that I found him. He's honest, very knowledgeable, and straight to the point. In my personal opinion, if you are facing any sort of charges you must consult with Mr. Davis. If he doesn't feel he can help you, he'll point you to someone that can. He won't dance around questions and make too good to be true promises that many attorneys will try to sway potential clients with. Once I sent him a text on a weekend and he called me 3 minutes later while he was on his vacation to help me with advice. I wasn’t even a client at the time. What attorney does that? In my last situation, all the odds were against me but he still took it on, and won the battle for me! He is now not just an attorney for me, he feels like family. Thank you James for everything!

I hired Mr. Davis after I became discouraged with my previous attorney. After spending time waiting on return phone calls and answers from my last attorney with no response, I had heard from everyone in the community that Mr, Davis was the best. From my first appointment, I could tell he and his firm... were different. He listened, he answered my questions, and he seemed to care. Thereafter, I called his office frequently and was never disappointed in the response from his paralegal. She was always very professional and her knowledge of my case was amazing. It has taken me quite a few years to answer my own calling which finally came through me being broken. I am confident when I say that James answered his personal calling ...long ago, and is well seasoned in what he does as a lawyer and as a fellow human being. I have had him and his staff twice now on cases for me. I am just as confident when I say that his staff was a gift from God to him and to his clients. I have been in some horrible situations with the law in my life, from my own foolish decisions, and have never encountered a lawyer and staff so informative and personal as the Davis Law Firm. My family desired to go with someone else for my defense this last time. However, after two months of hearing assumptions and negative feedback, I insisted that we come back to Davis' office for counsel. After one hour of quality counsel and insight from Mr. Davis I was able to make a quick and easy decision to retain him. After all, we had just learned more about my case during that counsel than I had the entire two months with the other firm. James A. Davis holds himself accountable to even a Higher Cause than the state bar and his staff and office seem to work harmoniously under the way he has chosen to run his firm. I hired Mr. Davis and his staff to help me with some very serious charges that i had, and James Davis and his amazing staff got me through this stressful time of my life in and outside of the court room.
