Mr. James Davis Is A True Advocate For Justice

My husband and I have known Mr. Davis for many years. During this time we have known him to be a devoted Christian, Husband and Father. Only after I was faced with some untruthful allegations by my business partner and his attorney did I need to seek Mr. Davis for his professional advice and counse...l. When someone is faced with a situation that completely turns their world around, it is very unsettling and scary. The first thing you want to do is find someone you can trust to help get your life back. At every meeting Mr. Davis reviewed what had happened and what to prepare for next. Mr. Davis and his wonderful staff of Stacey, Candace and Wendy were always there to give us emotional support and information while preparing for our next steps. Mr. Davis continued to spend numerous hours detailing the possible events that the opposing attorney would present. Each time Mr. Davis and his staff were always there to guide me. Each meeting he was honest and open but with such compassion to really want to help. He gave us reassurance and confidence while preparing for the next step. Most of all he helps you find confidence to help yourself. His legal knowledge and understanding of the judicial system for exceeds anyone's expectations. Yet he continues to have the same compassion and professionalism each and every day, even when the day and the week has been long and stressful. He continues with the same enthusiasm for justice for each of his clients. Mr. Davis is not driven by money, but by the sincerity to really want to make a difference in peoples lives. When in court he does not come across as an irate attorney out of control. He listens carefully to his opposition, even if they are boisterous and misrepresenting the facts. He injects when necessary but with the utmost professionalism and knowledge of the law that even the opposing legal team begins to listen. With each step of the process he has methodically prepared for his client's case and begins his approach to justice for his client. My case went into a mediation process and again Mr. Davis was more than prepared. He spent a lot of time preparing me for the process itself and the pending possibilities of the outcome. The mediation process can be long and mentally draining, especially after many hours. Mr. Davis continued with his alertness and his professional approach to finding a settlement that would be acceptable to you and to all parties who have a willingness to settle their differences without having a court confrontation. He does not waiver in his position to get you, his client, what is best even if it would mean going to court if mediation fails. The opposing attorney even begins to see that Mr. Davis is trying to do what is right and fair for everyone involved within the law. I am very grateful that my case was settled at the mediation process and I have Jesus and Mr. Davis and his wonderful staff to thank for that! In today's business world, ethics are not always a priority. Mr. James Davis is different. He conducts his personal and professional life with such devotion and willingness to help others with true sincerity. You immediately have confidence that you can once again find peace within yourself. My husband and I can honestly say that we were truly blessed to have Mr. Davis, Stacy, Candace, Wendy and all the other members of his firm to be part of our lives. They gave us hope when we had none. They were never too tired or too busy to listen. They supported us emotionally and gave us confidence at a time when we felt we were loosing everything we had spent most of our life working for. Mr. Davis's family is to be commended for their sacrifice of time away from their loved one and to allow their husband and father to share his gifts with so many people who have found themselves in very unfortunate situations. Mr. Davis truly believes in making the world a better place to live. God Bless The Davis Law Firm and Families!

"James Davis is a highly skilled criminal defense attorney. While I was a resource prosecutor, I had the honor of traveling to Salisbury to try a jury trial against him. He has an excellent command of the law and an amazing attention to detail. Mr. Davis is a brilliant trial attorney who captures the attention of the entire courtroom when he speaks. More importantly, he is a consummate professional and a genuinely nice person. I wholeheartedly endorse him and recommend him to anyone with any criminal matters in Rowan County."

Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter

"Wholeheartedly, I recommend James. Every good attorney has read Harper Lee's "To Kill a Mockingbird" and aspired to be a lawyer like Atticus Finch. Atticus exemplified compassion, skill, wisdom, perseverance, and fairness. James embodies all those traits. James is that classy, Southern lawyer that is mesmerizing to watch in the courtroom, but he is also a good and God-fearing man that is kind and honorable. There is no doubt that James is an amazing attorney and family law practitioner."
