James Davis represented my company and I in a law suit where we knew we right and had GPS information that showed we did not cause the accident. Mr Davis worked with the information we had and got an individual certified as an expert so we could introduce the GPS testimony. James Davis represented my future son-in-law in a custody battle for his daughter. Mr. Davis took the time to meet with everyone that had any regular contact with the child and built his case using what he found during those interviews as well as other evidence provided by my son-in-law and daughter... at his request. His knowledge of the law is astounding and his ability to recite specific laws is utterly amazing. Mr. Davis met with the group of his witnesses prior to the beginning of court proceedings each day. He would explain what testimony he planned to present and in what order witnesses could expect to be called. He also shared other bits of information about normal courtroom procedures to help put everyone at ease. During breaks in proceedings, Mr. Davis would meet with all involved and ask for input such as: is there anything I'm missing, what did you observe and hear that's important, is there anything you think I need to do differently or can expound on, etc. After court recessed for the day we would all meet with him again to debrief. That extra time, attention, and effort combined with his complete grasp and application of the law resulted in a positive result for my son-in-law who was awarded full custody of his daughter. Mr. Davis, along with his very competent staff members, were phenomenal to work with every step of the way. I can't express how thankful we are to them all for going the extra mile and the positive impact it has already had and will continue to have throughout the lifetime of my granddaughter.
