James Franklin Mock II

Franklin Mock is an excellent lawyer I walked into his office one day looking for advice. Franklin listened to everything I had to say about my situation. When I finished, the first thing he said was he wanted to tell me all my possible options and the laws so that I could make an informed decision. ...I hired him that day. During the entire process, Franklin stayed consistent- he would explain what was going on during in each stage, what the laws were that applied, explained all my options, gave me his advice on what he thought would be my best option, then made it very clear the final decisions were mine and he would honor any option I choose. I could tell in the way talked and in his advice that he genuinely wanted what was best for my child. Franklin is professional, intelligent, caring, and passionate. He is a good man with high standards and leads with integrity. I am blessed to have found him.

I was referred to Franklin Mock in 2007. During that time Franklin was a rock for me. He helped me navigate the legal world, which I had no experience with, and was terrified by. In 2014 (to the present) I secured his services again. As before his presence and calm demeanor gave me the confidenc...e I needed to face the giant in my life legally. Both he and his paralegal were always there for me. They answered all my questions and gave wise and thoughtful counsel. I always knew what my options were in advance, and had time to decide the best course of action for myself and my children. I will always be so, so, grateful to them both.

I would recommend Mock for ANYTHING that you need a lawyer for, He will battle until you get what you came for and even more. He’s VERY great with his job! If I could give 10 stars I definitely would, thank you SO much for all your help! I had a child custody case, long story short the father took o...ur child and refused to give him back and my only choice was to feet a lawyer, mock listened to my wants and needs and fulfilled EVERY bit! I would recommend him to ANYONE going through the good ole custody battle!

Mr. Mock was outclassed and not organized compared to my husband's attorney for our mediation. My husband's attorney had stacks of information, compiled spreadsheets, etc. Mr. Mock didn't have anything and used the other attorney's information during the mediation to negotiate with. He was simply not... prepared which led me to believe that he wasn't invested in my best interest at all. In hindsight I would of hired an attorney who specializes in divorce and family law like my husband did rather than a jack of all trades type.
