Outclassed
Mr. Mock was outclassed and not organized compared to my husband's attorney for our mediation. My husband's attorney had stacks of information, compiled spreadsheets, etc. Mr. Mock didn't have anything and used the other attorney's information during the mediation to negotiate with. Replied last August 17, 2018I am always sorry to hear that a client did not feel like they got my best representation. I strive for excellence and try my best to help all my clients have a great shot at settling their respective cases at mediation. I am a licensed mediator and I strongly believe in the process. There are times when I don't receive documents from the other side until the last minute. I also will advise my clients to reject an offer at mediation if the other side is requesting an unreasonable demand that I don't believe would occur in court. It is difficult when a client has a good mindset to settle a case but the opposing party is unwilling to be reasonable. I have not had any clients complain to me that they felt I did not advocate well for them at a mediation. I would be happy to discuss this and how I can further help with the Anonymous client if they would like to call me.
