Very Knowledgeable

I hired Mr. Mock for a TPR, Termination of Parental Rights. He knew all the steps that needed to be done. He worked with me and explained to me the steps, and answered all of my 1,000 plus questions that I asked. When people ask me if I know of a good attorney. I say, "I know a great one! His name is... Franklin Mock! Call his office." Thank you, Mr. Mock!!

Exceptional Family Law Lawyer Right Here in Iredell County

Like many, having to consult with a lawyer was a trying time in my life, but I am sure glad that I had Franklin to help me. His knowledge of not only family law but the inner workings of Iredell County's processes and procedures enable us to achieve the best outcome. If you need a lawyer in Iredell... county I strongly recommend you look no further than Franklin Mock.

Outclassed

Mr. Mock was outclassed and not organized compared to my husband's attorney for our mediation. My husband's attorney had stacks of information, compiled spreadsheets, etc. Mr. Mock didn't have anything and used the other attorney's information during the mediation to negotiate with. He was simply not... prepared which led me to believe that he wasn't invested in my best interest at all. In hindsight I would of hired an attorney who specializes in divorce and family law like my husband did rather than a jack of all trades type.

I am always sorry to hear that a client did not feel like they got my best representation. I strive for excellence and try my best to help all my clients have a great shot at settling their respective cases at mediation. I am a licensed mediator and I strongly believe in the process. There are times when I don't receive documents from the other side until the last minute. I also will advise my clients to reject an offer at mediation if the other side is requesting an unreasonable demand that I don't believe would occur in court. It is difficult when a client has a good mindset to settle a case but the opposing party is unwilling to be reasonable. I have not had any clients complain to me that they felt I did not advocate well for them at a mediation. I would be happy to discuss this and how I can further help with the Anonymous client if they would like to call me.

Exceptional Attorney!

I highly recommend Attorney Franklin Mock for your legal needs. He represented me in my divorce and was able to help us reach an amicable agreement at a reasonable cost. My case was resolved in a timely manner with extreme professionalism from Attorney Mock and his staff!

Criminal matter

In 2011, I was facing a maximum sentence of 12 years for conspiracy along with distribution of an illegal substance. I was appointed Mr.Mock to represent me on this matter. I never had an court appointed attorney before, but I had to have one due to my financial situation. So I called to meet with h...im as instructed and we went over my case thoroughly. I explained I was falsely being accused and his reply was " I'll fight as hard as I can for you". I was skeptical about it all after looking at the sentencing time. I kind of figured Mr. Mock would do away with this case. The case was ongoing for over 2 1/2 to 3 years. During that time I meet with Mr. Mock more times than any attorneys I've ever paid combined. While at his office we went over the strategy for the case. He also talked about different types of scenarios to prepare me for trial. Mr. Mock also meet and talked with all the witnesses in person to build a stronger case. September 2014,my trial started and lasted 3 days. The jury found me not guilty by unanimous decision on all counts. Thanks to Mr. Mock hard work ethic and passion for the law justice was served.

  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
