Replied last April 03, 2026Hired by this client to collect against what turned out to be judgment proof company as confirmed when I questioned the principal under oath to discover assets. I'm not going to engage in unethical post-judgement litigation merely to harass and annoy a nonparty where there's an absence of evidence to pursue a fraudulent conveyance claim. This client has repeatedly defamed me and lied about the work I did with the intent to leverage the return of my fee.
