I contacted Matt Downes to help me attain surplus funds from a foreclosure. He took care of the entire issue with the only request of a few documents. When I purchased my home it was sold to me under the premise it was connected to city sewer and water. After the sale it was discovered the home was actually not on city sewer or water, but in fact, had a well and a septic, both of which were failing. Matt looked through the document trail and was ab...le to clearly demonstrate both the seller and real estate agent had both intentionally mislead me. Matt helped us go after them both and recover enough money to at least repair the failing systems. I've since called on him for smaller legal matters and every time he provides excellent advice and service.
