Smart, compassionate & a great listener!

Ms. Staehle is not just a wonderful attorney, but is a wonderful person who is really there to help. If you want competent representation from someone who really cares, she is the one!

DOWN TO EARTH AND GREAT TO WORK WITH

HAVING WORKED WITH KAYCE FOR SEVERAL YEARS, I AM IMPRESSED WITH HER ABILITY TO BREAKDOWN COMPLICATED LEGAL CONCEPTS INTO SOMETHING A NON-LAWYER CAN EASILY UNDERSTAND. THIS IS AN INVALUABLE TOOL WHEN DEALING WITH CLIENTS WHO HAVEN'T HAD MUCH EXPOSURE TO "LEGALESE"

Broker/Realtor

I attend 35 - 40 closings a year as a Real Estate Agent who represents buyers and sellers of residential property and I highly recommend Kayce, Holly and Amber at Northpointe Law Group. Excellent communication, highly responsive, incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Their work is impeccable, thoro...ugh and timely.

Professional misconduct

This lawyer was disciplined by a state licensing authority in 2022.

Reprimand issued in NC, 2022

updated on 06/27/2022

Typically in this case the lawyer's poor behavior is exposed to the public in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior.

Censure issued in NC, 2011

updated on 01/10/2017

This means the attorney did something wrong, but the Bar did not suspend the lawyer. Typically in this case the lawyer's poor behavior is exposed to the public in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior.

Kayce’s comment:

“In relation to the bar matter filed, I offered independent legal advice to customers of United Financial through consultations as do with all of my estate planning clients. My actions and practice were made in good faith, with required disclosures and believed in accordance with the ethical rules of this State. Through this experience, I am even more cautious and routinely get the bar’s input on any ethical questions I may encounter in my practice.”
