I was at a lost of how to proceed with my case and overwhelmed with everything involved with it. At the last minute, I retained J.H. White, I highly recommend his services. Jay White represented my son in some legal cases. He was professional, accessible, and immediately addressed the situation when the policeman involved in the case contacted me (the mom) trying to reach our son, knowing that our son was being represented by Mr. White. The officer threatened further ...charges if I did not put my son in touch with said officer. I reported the phone call to Mr. White and he immediately contacted the proper person, putting an end to threats from the officer. Mr. White is an honest attorney who follows the will of the client but recommends what the best outcome will be for the defendant. We are very thankful that we were referred to Mr. White. Hopefully there will be no need for further representation, but if there is for any need we will most certainly call Mr. White.

Ms. K was charged with her 2nd DWI offense after being in a car crash in 2011. This was a potential Aggravated Level One DWI offense - penalties include 120 day min. 3 year max. jail sentence, 4 year license revocation, and up to $10,000 in fines. She had a court appointed attorney who represented he...r for almost 3 years and the prosecution kept continuing her case awaiting blood test results. Ms. K asked Mr. White to represent her one week before final court appearance. Mr. White looked at all the evidence to determine the best course of action. He was able to get the entire case dismissed due to the officer switching jobs and proving Ms. K in fact took her medication after the accident took place. I am Ms. K and I felt that Mr. White listened to me present my case and he truly believed in me and looked at every possible angle to get my case dropped. He fought for me, he was not going to let the D.A. continue my case again. I am eternally grateful to him. Since being arrested I felt as though I always had a cloud over me and now I see the rainbow, I can have my life back. I can never thank Mr. White enough for what he has done for me. He is a godsend.
