I was charged with trespassing. I initially consulted with J White regarding this matter and then hired him to represent me in this matter. I met with Mr. White in February along with my husband to discuss a child custody matter. The exact words from Mr White were, “We no longer want to acquiesce to this type of behavior”, in terms of the present circumstances. Mr White was even given a template per his request of the child custody arran...gement to be revised by his office to then be presented to the other party—he called and asked about wording. Nothing since has happened. It is now June and nothing by his office has been done. Initially, COVID was to blame, now, no return calls, emails, nothing in regards to the matter. The amount of stress and frustration by being what I am assuming is dropped by this attorney is mind boggling. Perhaps it is because we are using legal insurance and are not priority. How do you treat people this way? We feel we were essentially manipulated and passively thrown aside.

I would recommend Mr. White to anyone in need of legal representation. I'm new to NC and I received a speeding citation that was more serious than I had expected.
