Outstanding Service

Mr. Duke provided me with phenomenal service! I was in desperate need of legal representation for a child custody case and wanted to hire a lawyer that genuinely cared, understood the position I was in, and was willing to fight for me. Mr. Duke was just that person! I was amazed at how he immediately... jumped on my case. Extremely professional, easy to get in contact with and everything was done in a timely manner. Mr. Duke provided me with sound advice and guidance. He made sure that he was fully aware of what I was seeking, that I was fully aware of my options, and the best way to proceed with my case. He made sure that I was apart of every decision made. He assured me that as my lawyer, he was there to protect me and the situation regarding my case. I felt as if I could have faced several giants in that courtroom with Mr. Duke by my side. Mr. Duke did his job extremely well and I don't think it could have been done any better. I was very pleased and would recommend his services to anyone.

Great Attorney

Mr. Duke may present as very quiet and meek, but he is listening to each and every word you are saying. He is professional, competent and compassionate. He went out of his way to accommodate my schedule as well as my children's. More than prepares for court.

Just doesn't get any better than Him

We hired Gregory Duke because he was recommended by our previous attorney for child custody. Now came the time for full custody of my granddaughters. It was down to the wire but he went full force head on in a short time..He made us feel very safe and confident about our case and put in the work. He ...studied every area of evedince her could to make our case stronger and present in a tactdul manner. His opening argument was just that, he stood our ground on the behalf of our daughter that he was going to prove our case and that my daughter was a wonderful deserving mother .Our case never made it to trial because his opening defense was strong enough the judge made up his mind that he was ready to settle behind closed doors. We walked away from our case with exactly what we expected. He is the best attorney ever and such a caring compassionate affordable attorney that you can rest easy when you know he is representing you because he works hard and goes above and beyond all you could ever ask...Thanks my friend

Trustworthy and Compassionate

I hired Mr. Duke to represent me during my divorce and the custody of my children. Mr. Duke was very professional but also very caring. Competent doesn't begin to describe Greg Duke

Mr. Duke is the most competent attorney around. He cares about his clients, and he will fight for you. I cannot put into words how grateful I am that Mr. Duke represented me. My ex is very good at intimidating and manipulating people. When I first met with Mr. Duke, I was at the end of my rope. I ...was used to no one believing me or wanting to help me. But he gave me a new perspective. He listened to me. He reviewed every piece of evidence I gave him. Whenever I asked, have you looked at the email from....? Not only had he read it, but he made himself know the evidence. And when we went to court, he faught for me. He didn't back down. He chose to stop once he felt like our position had been made.
